Returns Policy

We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or different from the product ordered

To initiate a return request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

For verification purposes, customers are required to provide:

  • Images of the product packaging and shipping label
  • Order details or invoice information

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Product should be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging and condition
  • Product should not contain stains, cuts, damages, or signs of usage caused after delivery

Once the request is reviewed and approved by our team, further return instructions will be shared with the customer.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to the nature of the item. These include:

  • Customized, tailored, or cut fabrics ordered as per customer-required quantity
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, washing errors, or negligence after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish caused due to photography lighting, screen resolution, or display settings

Please note that slight color differences are natural in online shopping and should not be considered a defect.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund approval process will begin.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider

In cases where the returned product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund request may be declined.


Exchange Policy
