Free Shipping
ALMADECOR offers free shipping on eligible orders across India.
Any special shipping charges, if applicable for specific locations, bulk orders, or priority delivery requests, will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout or order confirmation.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.
- Once the order is processed and dispatched, customers will receive shipping and tracking details through the registered contact information provided during checkout.
Please note that order processing timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or high-demand periods.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, delivery schedules may vary depending on:

Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including:

- Correct delivery address
- Valid contact number
- PIN code and landmark details, if required
ALMADECOR shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If an order:
- Is refused or not accepted by the customer
- Cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or contact information
- Remains undelivered after multiple delivery attempts
- Is returned back to us due to customer-related reasons
then the customer will be responsible for all applicable forward and return shipping charges.
Any re-shipping request for returned orders may require additional shipping payment before dispatch.
Unexpected Delays
While we work with trusted courier and logistics partners, certain unforeseen situations may cause shipping delays, including but not limited to:

Uncut Length Policy
For orders with multiple quantities of the same fabric design and color, we will make every reasonable effort to provide the fabric in a continuous uncut length whenever possible.
However, in rare situations due to stock availability, roll limitations, or quality checks, fabrics may be supplied in separate pieces. In such cases, our team will ensure the best possible fulfillment standards.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the registered email address, SMS, or contact number provided during purchase. Customers can use these details to track shipment progress directly with the courier partner.
